Export your Hevy history as a CSV, import it into marble, and check every workout before it’s saved. Every feature is free, and your training stays on your device.

What you get with marble
- Write a workout the way you’d text it. Type
Squat 5x5 @ 225, or paste a whole week from Notes, and marble turns it into sets on your device. - Nothing saves until you’ve checked it. Review every exercise match, set, date, RPE and note first. A weak name match becomes a new exercise instead of merging into the wrong one.
- Set logging that keeps up. Log Again repeats your last set, Save + Next keeps the sheet open, and the record to beat shows while you type.
- Progress worked out on your phone. Top lifts with their record dates, estimated 1RM trends, weekly goals and a monthly report.
- Built into iOS. Widgets, Siri and Shortcuts, a rest timer in the Dynamic Island, and Apple Health.
- Private by design. No account, ads or marble server. The App Store privacy label reads Data Not Collected, and the source code is public.
What you give up
marble does less than Hevy in a few places. Know them before you switch.
- No feed, followers or shared routines.
- No Android or web app. marble runs on iPhone and iPad.
- No cloud sync. Each device keeps its own journal, and a JSON backup moves it between them.
- No Apple Watch app. Watch workouts arrive through Apple Health, and you log sets on your phone.
- The import goes one way. marble’s backup is a JSON file for marble, not a Hevy file.
Bring your Hevy history
- Export a CSV from Hevy. Look for the export option in Hevy’s settings, and save the file to Files.
- Open Add in marble and tap Choose File, then pick the export.
- Review the workouts. Each Hevy workout becomes one marble workout, with RPE, notes, session times, drop sets and failure sets. Warm-up sets are skipped.
- Choose what to add, then save. Workouts already in your journal stay unselected, so a newer export can be imported later without duplicates.
