New in Marble 2.4

From a note to a logged set.

Paste or type a workout in your own words, gym notation, multi-day Notes, or a Hevy or Strong CSV. Review the structured sets, then save. Time sprints to the tenth. Edit or delete a weigh-in when the number was wrong. Still quiet, fast, and private.

Add

Paste your workout. Review, then save.

Add is now an AI-first workout composer. Paste or type natural language, gym notation, multi-day Notes, or a Hevy or Strong CSV. Apple Intelligence structures prose on device when available; a deterministic parser handles notation and provides the fallback. Review every workout, exercise match, set, date, RPE, rest, and note before anything is saved. Drafts survive tab switches and relaunches, and Shortcuts can hand text directly to Add.

Marble 2.4 is available now. Parsing and review stay on-device. Marble remains local-first: no account, no ads, no Marble server, and no third-party tracking.

Built for the work.

Three ideas, done carefully: fast logging, honest analysis, and consistency that survives real life.

Log

A set in seconds.

Weight, reps, RPE, rest — captured before the plates stop spinning. marble remembers your last set so repeating it is one tap, and a rest timer waits in the Dynamic Island.

  • Save + Next keeps you moving through a session.
  • Siri and the Action button log a set without opening the app.
  • Scan turns a handwritten page into logged sets, on-device.

Trends

Coached by your own numbers.

Every chart is computed from your logged sets, on your iPhone. No wearable scores, no black boxes — just an honest read on whether each lift is moving.

  • Estimated 1RM trends with a plain verdict: progressing, holding, or adapted.
  • A real PR feed — and a cue when a record is in reach today.
  • A monthly report with fair month-over-month comparisons, written privately on your phone.

Consistency

Streaks that forgive.

Set a weekly goal and build a streak that bends without breaking. Hit four weeks in a row and marble banks a flex week that absorbs a miss — comebacks are celebrated, not shamed.

  • Calendar shows every training day at a glance.
  • Weekly split maps your plan, Monday to Sunday.
  • One quiet reminder that cancels itself once you’ve trained.

Native iPhone surfaces

Your workout, one glance away.

See your weekly goal on the Home Screen or Lock Screen. Open quick logging from Control Center, the Lock Screen, or the Action button. Rest stays visible in the Dynamic Island, with controls to add 30 seconds or end early.

Body and relative strength

Strength, in context.

Log bodyweight manually or bring it in through Apple Health. Follow the trend over time, then see each lift’s estimated strength scaled against a nearby weigh-in with a per-lift DOTS score.

Daily Highlights

End the day with what moved.

In the evening, Daily Highlights turns that day’s training into a quiet recap. It surfaces truthful wins, including real records, faster runs, meaningful lift progress, or simply the work completed. Choose when it appears. Everything stays on your device.

Questions.

Is marble free?

Yes. Every feature is free — there’s nothing to unlock.

Does marble work offline?

Core logging, analysis, and storage work offline on your iPhone. Optional external imports use Apple Health or their connected service.

Where does the coaching come from?

From your own logged sets. Estimated 1RM trends, PR detection, and the monthly report are all computed on your device.

Does marble work with Apple Watch or Garmin?

Yes — both arrive through Apple Health. marble imports their workouts, and can send your strength sessions back with an effort score so they count toward Apple’s Training Load.

Does marble show ads or sell my data?

The app has no ads, Marble account, Marble server, or third-party tracking, and Marble does not sell your data. This website uses anonymous, aggregated Vercel Analytics.

What's new in marble 2.4?

Marble 2.4 makes adding a workout radically simpler. Add is now an AI-first workout composer: paste or type natural language, gym notation, multi-day Notes, or a Hevy or Strong CSV. Strong and Hevy imports are more accurate, and weak exercise-name matches default to a new exercise instead of silently merging. Train, Log, and Progress, tenths-precision sprints, and editable weigh-ins are already live. Parsing and review stay on-device. Marble 2.4 requires iOS 26.
